Returns on discounted merchandise/Annual Sale:
We are running a site-wide sale right now, as of Jul 25, 2017 until stocks last. The pricing listed is rock-bottom for high-quality products. We will not be able to accept any returns on the discounted merchandise. Please note that all purchases are final and no product exchanges or returns will be allowed. Since we are a small business, we charge shipping (which is a cost for us) when we hugely discount our products.
We do assure you that you are buying superior-quality products.
Important: Please also note that our 'sales' get popular and our products can go out of stock. In such a scenario, we will inform you via email, phone, or another method that we are not able to fulfill your order due to its unavailability. All sales (including Annual Sale) are run until stocks last. We do hope, however, that you will be able to choose another design or product if such a situation arises.
Returns on regular priced merchandise:
We gladly accept merchandise returns on full-price products only, received within 15 days from the date of delivery. After the 15 day period, all purchases are final and no product exchanges or returns will be accepted. We will only accept returns for items in the original condition that have not been used, altered or washed. Please be extra careful that no pet hair gets on the linen. Upon receipt of returned goods, Govinds Grove reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges on the original order and return shipping paid by customer are non-refundable. Returns will also incur a charge of 25% restocking fee. We do not pay for return shipping.
If you have any issue with the product, please notify us first via e-mail at email@example.com. Please include a copy of your invoice with your return. For your protection, we recommend shipping via insured/certified mail or UPS/FedEx Ground service, so you have a record of the return.
Returns as a result of error by Govinds Grove:
If the return is being processed as an error on our part (e.g. incorrect item sent), we will make it right for you. In this case, we will also refund any extra shipping costs incurred by the customer.
Return on Sale/Clearance items:
Sale/Clearance items purchased at discounted prices cannot be exchanged or returned. All sales for such items are final.
Return on orders over $500:
Returns on order over $500 may incur a restocking fee of up to 35%. Processing return is quite expensive and being a small business, our goal is to keep it to a minimum.
Please include a copy of your invoice with your return. For your protection, we recommend shipping via insured/certified mail or UPS/FedEx Ground service, so you have a record of the return.

We will gladly exchange a purchase of regular-priced merchandise if notified within 15 days of purchase. However, we will not be able to offer free shipping on any exchanges.
Credit issuance for returned merchandise:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please allow 2 weeks for Refund Processing from the time we receive the return.
